The original platform had a cluttered filtering system and lacked product clarity, reducing engagement and conversion rates.
Conducted competitor analysis to benchmark luxury e-commerce UX standards, assessing user experience strategies of leading brands in the industry. This involved evaluating key UX patterns, navigation flows, filtering systems, and product presentation techniques to identify best practices. The findings informed data-driven design enhancements that improved product discoverability, engagement, and the overall shopping experience on the platform.
Used Figma to design refined UI proposals, focusing on elevating both aesthetics and usability. By leveraging auto-layout, interactive components, and scalable design systems, I ensured that the interface was not only visually appealing but also functionally seamless.
The final deliverables included high-fidelity mockups for the product pages and filter system, interactive prototypes created in Figma for developer handoff.
The client was highly satisfied with the results, leading to ongoing collaboration on additional redesign projects.

Designed an elegant brand booklet, reinforcing luxury storytelling across print and digital. This included curating high-quality visuals, typography, and layouts that reflected the brand’s premium aesthetic. The booklet served as a tangible extension of the online experience, aligning the brand’s narrative and product presentation seamlessly between digital and print. In addition to product highlights and compelling storytelling, I ensured the structure and visual flow guided readers effortlessly, enhancing engagement and brand perception.
